WHAT'S NEW.......

 

VEHICLE REGISTRATION SERVICES AVAILABLE AT CEDARBURG POLICE STATION - CPD has available for immediate issue regular automobile plates, light truck plates, and motorcycle plates.  The department has been appointed as an electronic agent of the WI Division of Motor Vehicles.  The appointment allows the department to process most of the motor vehicle title and registration and registration renewal transactions that are available at DMV offices, including replacement titles, the issuance of license plates, transferring of registrations and registration renewals. Customers will be charged a service fee that pays for the software, as well as department personnel time.  Service fees are:  Renewals = $10   New Registrations = $19.50    Duplicate Title Request = $19.50

CPD INDOOR SHOOTING RANGE CLOSED - Until further notice, the indoor shooting range, located in the former Cedarburg Police Station on Hanover Avenue, will be closed. 

 

NOTICE - FOUND PROPERTY

In order to reclaim lost property, owner is required to provide proof of ownership or accurately describe the found property.

The City and the Cedarburg Police Department recently entered into a contract with PropertyRoom.com to assist in the disposal of surplus and abandoned property.  PropertyRoom.com is an internet auction service.  Many items, including bicycles, previously sold during Ridikulous Days, will be sold via the internet in the future.
