Hunter Safety



Hunter Safety Field Day:  Cedarburg Police Department will sponsor a Hunter Safety Field Day on Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The Field Day will be held at Ozaukee Fish & Game, 5123 County Hwy Y, Saukville, WI.  This Field Day is being held in conjunction with an internet course offered by the WI Department of Natural Resources.  The online course is a pre-requisite for participation in the Field Day.  Both are required to qualify for a Hunter Safety Certificate.

Interested individuals must complete the online course and obtain a DNR customer ID #.  You must provide your Customer ID # to register for Field Day.  The number can be obtained from the DNR by calling 1-888-936-7463 or logging on to  . To register for the Field Day, please contact Sgt. Scott Yanke at the Cedarburg Police Department, 262-375-7620.  Registration for the Field Day must be done with Sgt. Yanke by phone.  There is a $10.00 Field Day fee payable to the Cedarburg Police Department, in addition to the fees charged by the DNR for the online course.
