Contest Parking Ticket

If you would like to contest a parking ticket that was issued by a City of Cedarburg Police Officer, you may do so by completing and submitting this form. The form will be electronically submitted to the Cedarburg Police Department for review. Following review by the Department, you will be notified by e-mail or if you request, by phone as to the outcome of the review. Please allow several days for a response. If you do not receive a response within 3 days, or if you would like to discuss a parking ticket with the shift supervisor, you may do so by calling (262) 375-7620.

Note: This form may only be used to contest a parking ticket issued by a City of Cedarburg Police Officer. If you wish to contest any other type of traffic citation (those involving a violation of any City ordinance or State statute) contact the Mid-Moraine Municipal Court.
